Our Team

Our Team at Heliflite comes from a variety of different backgrounds, but we all share a passion for aviation. As a very close-knit business, we embrace the personalities of each other and encourage personal development. With such a pleasurable environment to work in, we are certain you will enjoy your experience with us. No matter who you first meet, our team members will always have a smile on their face.

Heliflite Management Staff

Brett Sanders
Brett is the driving force behind Heliflite. Starting his career in aviation over 30 years ago as an engineer, he quickly got the bug to fly. His first job was flying a Hughes 500 off Tuna boats. Since then he has moved all the way up in the aviation world and is a fixed-wing ATPL and C-Cat Instructor as well as a licensed Helicopter Pilot.

Sylvia Sanders
Sylvia is the glue that holds us together. Commonly referred to as Brett’s better half, Sylvia has been with Heliflite since day one. She is responsible for the business administration and is most likely the bubbly voice you hear at the other end of the phone when you ring us.
